EZEMU GIRLS GRAMMAR SCHOOL OLD STUDENTS TO CELEBRATE 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF ALMA MATER

A three-day activities have been lined up to take place at Ubulu-Uku in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State by the Old Girls Association of Ezemu Girls Grammar School in the town beginning from December 24, 2021.
The forthcoming activities which are part of a re-union programme of those who were students of the College between 1980 and 2020 would feature a fitness programme tagged “Walk 4 Life” for men and women.
There would also be a maiden medical outreach which would involve medical team from Delta State Ministry of Health with the aim of sensitising the citizens on Covid-19 pandemic.
According to a press statement issued on Tuesday by Judith Ofulue; one of the organisers residing in Canada, the old girls are set to celebrate their former college for three days between 24th and 26th December. During the event, some of their former principals among whom is the pioneer principal of the College; Mrs. Osamor would be honoured.
The re-union of the old students is expected to boost the fortunes of the College as the old girls many of whom are well placed in different professions both in Nigeria and in the Diaspora are reportedly warming up for the occasion.
Information from the organisers revealed that many highly placed persons of Ubulu-Uku extraction and other invitees outside Delta State are expected to grace the occasion.
